In a recent report, Celent singled out Sapiens’ Policy Administration Systems (PAS) for its ‘Xcelent Award’ for functionality for its IDITSuite product.

Globally renowned research and consulting firm Celent undertook research to analyse and compare available professional services and support capabilities across 41 insurance Policy Administration Systems (PAS) in the EMEA region.

Celent summarised the achievement, saying, “This year’s customer feedback reflects Sapiens’ growth with a very strong, digital policy administration system for insurers across EMEA and APAC in Sapiens IDIT.”
