Implementation and Outcomes
Phased rollout approach
To minimize disruption the rollout is being handled in a phased approach with a strong TMH-Sapiens global joint team. The Construction line (Builder’s Risk) was the first to be brought to production, to be followed by Private Flood and Fine Arts lines. The claims module roll-out was highly successful for TMH’s “Precise Adjustments” business unit and the Billing module implementation is now underway. All three policy, billing and claims modules work together to deliver the highly specialized needs of TMH’s business units.
