Peter Hinssen is a globally recognized keynote speaker, bestselling author, business school lecturer, and serial entrepreneur widely regarded as one of the world's leading experts on innovation, technology, and leadership. Carey Geaglone is a seasoned insurance industry executive with over three decades of transformational leadership experience across IT and business operations at large national and regional commercial P&C carriers. As Senior Vice President of Insurance Operations at FCCI Insurance Group, she was responsible for all customer service operations. Prior to joining Datos Insights, Carey was Chief Risk Officer at FCCI, where she led the Enterprise Risk Management program.
Leveraging her extensive operational background, Carey specializes in business process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies designed to leverage technology to create superior customer experiences while enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Carey earned her B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from Bryant University and holds an MBA in International Business from Central Connecticut State University. Chris Eberly is the Head of Insurance Insights, with expertise in IT leadership, transformational technology implementation, enterprise information/data management, and technology strategy for the insurance industry.
Prior to joining Datos Insights, Chris was VP and head of Life & Producer Services IT at Lincoln Financial, where he led the Implementation of a new strategic life policy administration platform, significantly improved performance on the core compensation platforms, operationalized the Life centralized data store, moved a core legacy platform off the mainframe to AWS, and expanded agile development practices. Before Lincoln Financial, Chris supported many carriers with strategic management as VP of Research and Consulting at Novarica. Prior to Novarica, he was SVP of Insurance Solutions IT at Voya, where he was responsible for all IT services supporting the retail life and employee benefits business lines and for designing, planning, and building technology innovations that enable Voya to deliver new products and reach new markets in these business segments.
Chris has over 35 years of extensive industry experience in managing, designing, building, and implementing systems to support life, annuity, group benefits, and retirement services organizations. He has presented in many industry forums in the U.S. and London. In 2008, he was one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders. Chris attended Fairfield University and Trinity College.

Breaking the Boundaries: Life Industry Trends through the Analyst Lens
Keith is a Principal Analyst in Celent's North American insurance practice. He has extensive industry experience in operational process automation, business transformation, and artificial intelligence across the property/casualty and life/health/annuities industries.
He is focused on technologies used for process automation including generative AI, agentic AI, robotic process automation, and process mining. He has assisted a number of insurance organizations with strategic technology roadmap development, go-to-market strategy, core platform replacement selection and IT and operational due diligence on acquisition opportunities. Mike joined Sapiens as Executive Chairman in December 2025. Mike is a globally recognized leader in the enterprise software industry, with over three decades of experience. He is the Executive Chairman of SYSPRO, a leading provider of digital manufacturing technology, recently acquired by Advent. Previously, Mike was CEO of Unit4, a global cloud ERP software vendor, formerly owned by Advent, and President of SAP SuccessFactors, a provider of cloud HCM solutions.
Mike is an active advisor, board member, and private investor to a number of technology companies. He plays a key role in mentoring startups with scaling and innovating and has significant experience in building teams and championing diversity. Paul Wheeler joined Sapiens in December 2025 as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Sapiens Board. Paul is a global executive, recognised leader and consistent value creator with 30+ years’ experience leading technology businesses, predominantly within the private equity environment. Paul has held previous CFO roles, including at Operative and Trema, and has also held roles as Senior Operating Partner at the private equity fund Francisco Partners, Managing Director at ION Trading and Chief Operating Officer at Efront.

Glen is a global technology executive and accomplished leader with 25+ years of experience leading large scale product, engineering, and cloud organizations within the private equity software space. He is expert in driving highly advanced innovation with cloud-native and AI-first technology platforms across large scale product portfolios, and has significant offshore/nearshore establishment experience across US, India, Israel, and Europe.
Glen joined Sapiens from Operative where he led the technology organization with over 700 engineers and 50+ product leaders. Previous to that, he was Global Vice President, Product and Engineering at JDA/BlueYonder. He has held several other technology leadership positions in software companies. Laurel Jordan is a Senior Principal for the Insurance practice. She has nearly three decades of experience in insurance, operations, solutioning, compliance, technology, transformation, and strategy. She brings a distinctive blend of industry knowledge from products and operations to digital expertise, thought leadership, change management, and an innovative mindset to help clients, peers, and colleagues navigate the ever-evolving insurance industry landscape. She also specializes in product and process expertise for life, annuities, long-term care, disability, voluntary group benefits, retirement, change management, digital transformation, and vendor and parter management.
Laurel’s insurance career began at CNA Insurance, which became CSC and eventually DXC, where she spent 23 years supporting multiple life and annuity insurers across technology platforms, business operations, and customer experience domains, as well as leading client transitions and conversions. Laurel then served as the Assistant Vice President of TPA Operations and Claims Center of Excellence Lead for EXL Services. Prior to joining Datos Insights, Laurel was the Insurance TPA & Compliance Officer at Sutherland Global Services.
